“For the things we have to learn before we can do them, we learn by doing them ― Aristotle, The Nicomachean Ethics”
That’s what photography is all about. We don’t sit inside a room and learn photography. No matter how many books we have read or how many blogs we are following, if we don’t use our camera, we are not learning. So let us start by clicking more. Look outside, look around ourselves, pick up your camera and click. Ask yourself if your photograph shows what you see thru your eyes? Does it carry the beauty / emotions that your mind / heart made you go for it. If not do it again and again till you say that’s what I see, that’s what I want to say in my photograph.
- Read articles, take tips, write down points and use them ASAP. Analyze your photographs for the points and tips you had taken down. Is it good? Did you miss something? Or what should I do next time to take a better photograph? Repeat it ASAP or you will find yourself back at the first step.
- It is very easy to look at a photograph and admire it. It is difficult to feel the hard work behind creating it unless you are longing to capture one.
- At the beginning, type of camera does not matter, what matters is your passion to capture moments and freeze them forever.
- There is beautiful in everything you see. Don’t wait.. Start clicking.. Just freeze it!!
