“Life is like a camera. Just focus on what’s important, capture the good times, develop from negatives, and if things don’t turn out – take another shot” – Anonymous
A beautiful quote; I read this one online and immediately adored it. I appreciated it for its thoughtfulness. As a photography enthusiast, I could not take my mind off this quote. I was very glad to see it connect camera to life beautifully. However, I felt something was missing! How can life be like camera, a tangible thing? Life is a journey, changing every moment with all its ‘Ifs and Buts’. We are all living souls with a control panel in our head, pushing different buttons to steer it in different directions for good or bad with so many other factors influencing it. Having thought that it just clicked to me that this quote is good but to be true it need little changes.
“Life is like photography. Focus on what’s important but don’t forget to keep an eye on surrounding / background that will make it all the more beautiful. Capture the good times to cherish forever, learn from the bad captures. To get the real picture, take a deeper look, don’t just look at the screen. And if things don’t turn out good – take another shot and another.. Don’t rest till you get the one.” – Sanjeev Dogra (Photography Enthusiast)
